Please join Coach Jamal Hospedales of the FC Charles 1658 Soccer Club for an alternative training method on Zoom for ages for ages u8-u17.

We offer two separate blocks: an academy block (u7-u10) and an advanced block (u11-u17). The Academy training (recommended for younger players) is from 5-6 PM and advanced training is held from 630-8pm. Each Ball mastery session consist of a 25 min block of foot skill soccer training, followed by wall (parent) ball and foot speed  drill section, and finish with a rotating third GAME TIME scenario at the end. The advanced session are slightly faster than the academy sessions. So you if you feel the need to slow down or speed up, just join the appropriate session.

The items that you need are listed below, remember get creative if you don’t have some of these items or pieces of equipment.

Requires items:
A. Ball
B. 4-7 Cones (Water Bottles, Shoes, Etc Work Fine)
C. Material such as rope (two tied shoelaces probably work the best) (or small cars for example) so that we can make a 2 foot circle for Quick Foot Drills.
D. Space can be as small as a living room or out side of you deem necessary.
